Yüzy?l? a?k?n süredir dünyan?n birçok ülkesinde uygulanmakta olan Montessori yöntemi çocuklar?n geli?im ve ö?renmesinin erken y?llardan itibaren özel haz?rlanm?? bir ortam çocuk merkezli yakla??mlar ile desteklenmesini, çocu?un ba??ms?z birey olmas?n? hedefleyen e?itim yakla??m?d?r. Bu ara?t?rmada nörobilim ili?kisinden yola ç?k?larak, yönteminde yer alan temel özelliklerin nörobilimsel bak?? aç?s? aç?klanmas?, nörobilimin ili?kilendirildi?i ara?t?rmalar?n incelenerek disiplinler aras? ortaya konulmas? amaçlanm??t?r. Ara?t?rma, derleme türünde planlanm?? nitel ara?t?rmad?r. Verilerin toplanmas?nda doküman analizi tekni?i kullan?larak iki tarama a?amas? dokümanlara ula??lm??t?r. ?lk taramada çal??malar?n çal??malar yönteminin "Hassas Dönemler", "Yap?land?r?lm?? Ortam", "Duyu E?itimi", "Tekrarla Kendili?inden Ö?renme", "Dil-Beyin" "Hareket-Beyin" gibi özelliklerinin tespit edilmi?tir. ?kinci ise çal??malar?nda bu nas?l aç?kland??? incelenmi?tir. Ara?t?rma bulgular?, Montessori’nin geli?imi ö?renmesine ili?kin olu?turdu?u y?llar sonra alan?nda yap?lan ara?t?rma bulgular? de desteklendi?ini göstermi?tir.
